Whirlpool Washing Machine Reviews: September 2011

Hi Everyone,

I had bought this Whirlpool WhiteMagic Pro XL 800h, 6th sense, 8.0kgs washing machine on 03.01.2010. it was the latest washing machine released by whirlpool. first three months i was happy with it, but after 3 months all the problems came into existence. There was so much of Leakage. later i discovered holes in my clothes,undergarments,bedsheets etc. sometimes after the wash there were black spots my shirts. i contacted to the whirlpool service. they came and checked and changed a spare part (some kind of a tub holder of a machine) after two days,it started vibrating like hell that the lid(window) of the machine broke , i again called up the service.one of the person came and told that by mistake the person came before, has fitted the 7kg holder,which needed a 8kg holder. i felt this is ridiculous now. then they changed it to 8kg holder. after two weeks again the leakage started and the floor got flooded with water. i really felt that its a faulty machine came to my house. i demanded them a replacement for a new machine, so. the person came and checked, i showed him all the holes in the garments the machine had made and he said alright he'll inform his senior about it..

3 weeks passed, no action taken. i really could not believe that whirlpool such a big global company can do this. i am dying using this faulty machine for which i paid Rs.19500. in my house, now i have to make 3-4 calls to the service agent to come and repair the problem. i spoke to the senior also, he takes no action. i also compalined in the consumer court for this consumer harrasment. since then i hate using whirlpool products
